Every design on this website is a starting point. Depending on the product, you can choose the dimensions, shape, copper gauge, hammer pattern, patina, finish and available design details. Tables also allow you to select the copper top and wood or iron base separately. If you have an idea that is not shown, include a photograph or drawing with your quote request.
Yes. Send photographs and accurate dimensions of your existing base with your quote request. We will review its shape and support requirements and determine how the copper tabletop should be constructed to fit it.
No. The photographs show completed custom pieces and are provided as design examples. Choose the model closest to what you like, then tell us what dimensions, finish or other details you would like changed.
Choose a tub, table, sink or table-base design as your starting point. Select the dimensions, finish and available options, then send the request to us. We will review the details with you and prepare a written custom quote. There is no cart or instant checkout because every piece is made to order.
The final price depends on the design, dimensions, copper gauge, finish, base, fabrication details and current transportation costs. A personal quote ensures that the price reflects the exact piece you are requesting.
Available payment methods may include bank transfer, Zelle, PayPal and major credit cards processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use its credit-card service. Your written quote and invoice will confirm the payment schedule, accepted methods and any applicable processing charges.
Yes. We confirm the specifications and dimensioned drawings with you before fabrication begins. This gives you the opportunity to review the size, shape and selected design details before your piece enters production.
Yes. When fabrication is complete, you receive detailed photographs for final approval before the piece is crated and shipped. Many photographs throughout this website began as final approval images for previous custom orders.
Because every piece is made individually, fabrication time depends on the product and complexity of the design. Your current estimated lead time will be confirmed in the written quote. Transit time is additional. Expedited work may sometimes be available but must be confirmed before scheduling.
Orders for the United States are carefully crated and transported from Mexico to our receiving point in Laredo, Texas. From there, the shipment is released to a U.S. carrier for pickup or delivery. Freight to Laredo and delivery from Laredo should be listed separately and clearly in the written quote. Shipments are insured at the stated invoice value.
Local delivery arrangements for San Miguel de Allende and surrounding areas are confirmed as part of the quote.
Care depends on the product and selected finish. In general, wipe spills promptly with a soft cloth and avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals and acidic cleaners. Copper naturally changes with age, and some finishes will continue developing character over time. Product-specific care instructions are included with every completed piece.
