Privacy & contact

Browse our designs and send project details and reference images through our contact form, or use your own email app. The form saves an inquiry, not a priced quote, order or payment.

Contact form and images

Contact details, project descriptions and resized images are stored privately using Cloudflare for Custom Copper Works to respond and discuss your project. Teresa receives an email notification through Cloudflare and our business email provider. Images require authorized sign-in and are not published. Turnstile processes technical browser and network information to help prevent abuse. No Google Analytics loads on the contact form. Records are retained for project follow-up, with no automatic deletion schedule at this stage. For access or deletion questions, email info@customcopperworks.biz. See contact privacy details.

When you email us

The information and attachments you choose to email are received by Custom Copper Works and its email provider, and used to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. Please send only details needed for your design. For questions about your information, contact info@customcopperworks.biz.

Cloudflare hosts this website. Hosting and external font services receive technical information needed to deliver their services, such as your IP address and browser information. Links to other websites are subject to those providers’ privacy notices.

About

A workshop, not a warehouse.

Custom Copper Works designs copper tubs, tables and sinks in the United States and has them raised by hand in Santa Clara del Cobre, Michoacán — the town in Mexico where copper has been worked since before the Spanish arrived. The smiths there hammer sheet copper over forms by hand, one piece at a time.

That is why nothing on this site has a price tag and nothing is in stock. You send a room, a measurement, sometimes a photograph of a colour you love. We draw it, quote it, and the shop makes that one.

Teresa Turrou-Bressert has run the business for over twenty years and handles every project herself, from the first email to the photographs before shipping.
